Glamour distilled. Best served with the inevitable Bond on the telly
1 Put a measure of dry vermouth into a V-shaped martini glass and swirl around to flavour the glass. Then tip into a cocktail shaker, swirl and throwaway what’s left.
2 Add your measure of gin into the shaker along with a couple of ice cubes.
3 Give a little shake before putting it into the freezer.
4 Cut a slice of lemon, and wipe rim of glass with yellow zest before putting in freezer.
5 Wait half an hour before straining into a glass.
6 Garnish with an olive.
